TEACHER / PRINCIPAL SELECTION
Mandatory Rules & Procedures for Candidates
1. TEACHER / PRINCIPAL SELECTION PROCEDURE
All Teachers and Principals are selected through a mandatory 3-round selection and assessment process. Every candidate must successfully complete all three rounds to be considered for selection.
- Online MCQ Test
Candidates must appear for an online objective test designed to assess subject knowledge, academic proficiency, professional knowledge, and relevant skills. - Online Interview
Candidates who qualify for the Online MCQ Test must attend an online interview. The interview assesses communication skills, teaching aptitude, professional experience, personality, leadership ability, and suitability for the position. - Offline Demonstration Class
Candidates who qualify for the Online Interview must conduct an offline demonstration class. This round evaluates teaching methodology, subject presentation, classroom management, student engagement, communication, and overall teaching performance.
Final Selection: Candidates who successfully qualify all three rounds are selected/recommended for the concerned Teacher or Principal position, subject to the final requirements and approval of the respective school/institution.
2. DOCUMENT VERIFICATION & SECURITY
Submission of Original Documents: Every selected candidate is required to submit their legal original educational and professional documents to our institution strictly for verification and security purposes.
The following original educational documents are included:
- Matriculation / 10th Marksheet
- +2 / Intermediate / 12th Marksheet
- Graduation Marksheet
- Other relevant educational/professional documents required for verification.
Document Security: All submitted original documents will be kept securely by the institution and will be used strictly for verification and security purposes.
Return of Original Documents: The candidate’s submitted original documents will be returned after the complete consultancy/service charge has been paid according to the agreed payment terms.
The candidate is responsible for ensuring that all submitted documents are genuine, valid, and legally issued. Submission of false, forged, altered, or misleading documents will result in cancellation of the candidate’s selection and may lead to further appropriate action.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Service Fee: The teacher agrees to pay Maa Savitri Consultancy Services a hiring/consultancy charge equivalent to 50% of the first month’s salary upon securing a teaching position through our services.
Payment Schedule: The consultancy charge can be paid either in one payment or in two installments.
- One-Time Payment: The complete consultancy charge must be paid within 40 days of joining.
- Two Installments:
- First Installment – 25%: Payable within 40 days of joining.
- Second Installment – Remaining 25%: Payable within 70 days thereafter.

4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CANDIDATE
- Provide accurate and updated information regarding educational qualifications, experience, and professional background.
- Submit genuine and valid educational and professional documents.
- Submit the required original documents for verification and security purposes.
- Attend all scheduled tests, interviews, and demonstration classes.
- Maintain timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow all instructions issued during the selection and recruitment process.
- Pay the consultancy/service charge within the agreed payment schedule.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive, personal, professional, and recruitment-related information shared during the selection process.
The candidate must not disclose confidential information relating to the consultancy, school/institution, recruitment process, assessment, or other candidates without authorization.
6. TERM & TERMINATION
- Term: This agreement begins on the date of joining and remains applicable until all applicable consultancy/service charges have been paid.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice.
- Termination does not cancel or waive the candidate’s payment obligation where the candidate has already secured employment through the services of Maa Savitri Consultancy Services.
7. LIABILITY
Maa Savitri Consultancy Services will perform its recruitment and consultancy services to the best of its ability. However, the consultancy does not guarantee long-term job suitability, continued employment, salary increments, promotions, or any other employment-related outcome after the candidate joins the school/institution.
The final employment decision, terms of employment, and continuation of service remain subject to the policies and decisions of the respective school/institution.
8. CANDIDATE DECLARATION
By participating in the recruitment process and accepting a position through Maa Savitri Consultancy Services, the candidate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the selection procedures, document verification requirements, document security conditions, consultancy/service charges, payment schedule, confidentiality requirements, and other terms stated in this policy.
Acceptance of these terms is mandatory for candidates proceeding with the recruitment process.
