1. Payment Terms

 – Service Fee: The total fee for the recruitment services is Rs-1500 only.

 – Payment Schedule:

 – Initial Deposit: 50 % of the total fee is due upon signing this Agreement.

 – Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon the successful placement of a teacher.

2. Term and Termination

 – Term: This Agreement shall commence on [Date of agreement] and shall continue until the completion of the recruitment process.

 – Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice. If the Client terminates the agreement after the commencement of services but before the placement of a teacher, the initial deposit shall be non-refundable.

3. Responsibilities of the Client

   – Provide detailed job descriptions and requirements.

   – Timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

   – Ensure prompt payment of fees as per the agreed schedule.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information disclosed during the recruitment process.

5. Liability

Maa Savitri Consultancy Services will perform the recruitment services to the best of its ability. However, the Consultant does not guarantee the suitability of any candidate and will not be liable for any subsequent actions or performance of the hired teacher.
